bypass a drm!!

hello anybody help!! pls..
I have a .wmv file i want to play it into another computer but it always
ask to download a licinse.. how can i bypass this drm? I want to encode
this file to mpeg so i can burn as vcd, is there any software that can prevent
this drm? pls help i have to encode this file to mpeg.. thankss...
