Can you give us more details? Such as what OS are you running?

I would suggest to use other trojan which support reverse connection.

sorry about that.

Running windows XP pro SP2,

amd 6400 venice, 1 gig DDR2

no Over clocking on memory or processor.

I executed the Client.exe in the optix rar the screen flickered and it went to the blue screen with the error message and from what i can tell it wiped out windows entirely. I managed to salvage my data but I wasn't sure if maybe this had happened to anyone else. I've used optix alot in the past and i love it, so i Haven't really looked at other programs but i am open to suggestion.

hm, works fine for me.... :-k
if this is a permanent problem you should try a repair install because it points to a general OS problem then, which is not caused by running the client.exe.
if the problem only appears in context with running the client.exe you can try another version and see if one of them works for you:

this might sound really dumb but I ran it from within the .rar file could this have caused more problems?

I had to reformat my whole drive :( i repaired the OS but it continued to crash on startup so i just took the SATA cable and plugged it into my other cpu and transfered the information on the C: so thank god for that.

Aw... If you want stable connection , go for bandook 1.35 or bifrost
and later on you can easily install trojan which contain fun stuff.

My suggest trojan with fun stuff are ProRat , Skiddie Rat , XHacker Rat.

Good luck , hope i helped

nope, because that's what I did too....no problems.
the error message you get points to a RAM problem, at least if you still have the same probs after the repair install. best remove the RAM modules and use only 1 to boot, when the problem still appears try the next one (I hope you have not just 1 module).... :?
