help with nmap please

hey guys, im new to all of this, can you help me please because im trying to gain access to a website owned by a plank called russ who thinks he knows everything and thinks he knows everything about every thing,

i used nmap and typed

and after a little while
this started scrolling down the screen for about 10 minutes

what does it mean and is there anything i can use on it please?
