[Question] Gnome panel must have!

Does anyone have any idea where i can find THIS launcher (the one at the bottom of the pic) ?

I found a lot that looks like it, but i want that one because i like the way it reflects at the bottom

yeah, seems you're not the only one looking for that one...on the Ubuntu forums they say it was made using "engage", on the developer's site I can't find engage anymore, seems it's part now of "enlightenment":
