peer to peer trojan? (not client/serv trojan)

I got idea.
If someone wold make peer to peer trojan, with no client/server, but client on same time is also server it can be very fun.

I believe that someone understands me.

but if you say its a peer to peer trojan, then the application would also allow a user full system access to your box, allowing them to do more than just upload or download

mmm it should be possible with the right codes, that prohibit the downloader to gain acces so it will be

peer -> acces downloader,

deny downloader acces.

max con of file= X

if this wer code, it should forbid the downloader to acces you, but at the same time u can acces his computer.
