forgot pass in admin user

hi guys my prob is this there are five members of our family and we are using the same computer and im the admin on that computer, so i made my password but i forgot my pass because i didnt log on in 4 weeks, is there anyways to recover my pass admin or any software to recover my pass as admin, i decided to reformat it but lots of important file on that hdd.

please help me guys!!!!

Yeah sure... as the admin, you can run LC4 from the download section. You will get all the usr/pass account

Also, boot from a CD that has Ubuntu Ophicrack(thats the name right?) will work....i would recomend the L1nux because it is much faster and more eficient.....
