Ok guys , i dont know what kind of editing they call this so ive been having problem searching some tutorials in google.

As far as i know this is called face warping,

im sure there's loads of tuts out there for you to look at

Paint shop pro has a warp brush and it looks so much like that.

You can warp inward or outwards.

I think its called, 'fucked up bitch, with big ass fat titties and fat face /w candy bar like object in hand'. But, that is just my guess.
