Deleting an EXE

Okay...so there is this file on our computers here at my school that make them turn off at 1 AM. Its is a hidden system file called ACSDP.exe and i cant delete it because u it is root/system/network admin protected...is there any way i can delete it/ just wipe it out..........

well, if you can boot into safe mode you maybe can erase the file.
also check if the exe is running as a process in the background or if it´s just a planned task, if it´s a process try to end it via taskmanager (better ProcessExplorer) and see if you can delete it then. if it´s a planned task maybe it´s possible to simply disable it.
if not there´s a trick which might work, but only when it´s XP pro:
with the cacls-command you can edit the Access Control List (ACL) of a file, try to establish a setting in which file access is forbidden to ALL users, in theory the file shouldn´t be able to be started at all then. but to be honest I´m not really sure if you can edit the setting from an restricted account, so just try (also in safe mode if possible).

I have the password 4 local admin....i think its a planned task......
