Hacker for life!

Post by Lyecdevf »

I was just wondering how do you see your pressence on these boards. Is this some thing that you will always do or is it just some thing to pass the time? Are you serious about this or is it just for fun? Would you do this no matter what the odds? Would you rather be a hacker than any thing else?

I know that no matter where the road of life takes me I will always be a hacker. If it wont be possible for me to do it computer wise than I will use social engineering. If you see what I mean. Do you feel the same?

where ever you go, there you are

You can't change the core parts of your being. You might be into football for a couple of years, playing the jock. But, how you play, the reasons you play, are deep in you. When you leave the sport football, you take with you the person who was strong enough to take hits, to run the field, to take someone down.

Again, I say hacking is a personality type. No matter where you go, what you do, there you are.

Is this serious? Well, I have to take it seriously to post on a regular basis, something worthwhile even. I have always used writing as a part of my 'hacking realm'. It seems a lot of like-minded people like myself connect in this way, through a cable, miles away, happy with a relationship via text and .jpg. I think I do it well, and it completes my life in a way that might be different from other people.

Is this something I do to pass the time? I have been hanging out online now for more than 15 years. If suck-o.com wasn't here anymore, I would still be online some place. I am here because suck-o is a fun place to be, and there are other people that have similar core values. We might all have different jobs, home life, and social connections, but our core values of hacking, thinking outside the box, and having worthy relationships online, keep us friendly.

I get disappointed when people take the internet for granted. People seem to see the internet as an entertainment channel, rather than the educational channel it used to be. People come online, and rather being excited at the prospect of learning something or developing a worth-while friendship online, they want laughs and porn. Rather than being a part of a online community, or forum, and contributing for the cause, some people just want to leech from it, getting a few cheap laughs or puffing up their egos for a few hours. I think how people act online denotes a defect that shows in their RL too. If I wouldn't hang out with you online, then its likely I would not want to hang with you in RL too.

If there's something I couldn't be more agree to is that you are who you are, plain and simple, there will be always things that drives you and no matter the place those things will be there all the time.

Personally, I don't think I'll be doing anything else in the future, I mean, I can do a lot of things but not with same passion and is that passion the one that keep me doing the things the way I do

If this is for fun or a serious thing I vote for both, although I know what you mean by "just fun" ;) I like the things I do, if it wasn't fun for me I wouldn't be doing it but all this is a very serious thing for me, I dedicate myself not because I was forced to but because I felt it like the right thing to do for me, I like to see me evolving in every step of the road and I've gained a lot from that path, to me isn't just a game, is something that have helped me to grow, have made me a better person, have changed my all perspective of my own life

I don't think I would like to be doing anything else really I enjoy much what I do and will keep doing it no matter the place or the age, since I started to get online, I've knew a lot of people and has been great, I don't travel much however I've been able to know people from so many different cultures and share with those cultures which is something I feel blessed

If I'm in here is because this is the kinda person I am, I never asked for it, just by being who I am I ended up here if I was a different person simply put I won't be here nor in anything related :)

hacking isnt just some 1337 words and busting up servers

its more like knowing which shortcut to take
and knowing how to use things properly even if its not legal.

for me hacking is the freedom to learn.
whether it would be stealing e-books online or scanning books

hacking is a way to survive, its learning how to make your own path in life.

Couldn't agree more with what you all have said especially

*for me hacking is the freedom to learn.
whether it would be stealing e-books online or scanning books

hacking is a way to survive, its learning how to make your own path in life.*

i don't think you can go back once you drink the* kool aid* as i like to put it
the way you think or do things just changes completely a new world opens and it's hard to go back to the old one once you start. For me it started as a pass time then turned into something serious if i where ever to do something else i would apply the same principles try and bend the rules Find a solution to the problem.I guess the saying *Knowledge is power*stays true.
Intelligence merely allows you to be more elaborately and ornately disastrously wrong.

To continue his point...

Once you discover this world, you dont want to go back.
This world is the world behind the curtain or corner
its the world where you choose what to learn and which path to take

Its the internet. Where everyone is equal, and everyone is free.
Where we put aside those invisible boarders, and become bits of information.

Remember this, anything that you are doing illegally should be taken seriously. If not then who ever it is concerned with is in for a mighty big shock if they get caught. Prison is not something to be taken lightly. Dont commit the crime if you cant do the time!

Some people just have to have adrenaline pumping through their bodies as often as possible. The buzz, the excitement and venturing into unknown territory can take you on a mind altering experience thats second to none.

As everyone has said its a personality type. You either have it or you dont. Life is an experience in itself if we want it to be. Some people will be this way for the rest of their lives as this rush becomes addictive. Things become harder to kick the more we delve deeper into the subject that we are into.

As i have said in other posts....what happens today makes you the person you are tomorrow.

Be good and if you cant be good...be careful

hacking has always been somethin new for me.....its one strange feelling....evrytime i am online i have that feeling that there will be something new i am going to learn today.....that feeling is what is keeping me stuck on this......and its just linking it back to hacking is a way to survive......

But at point i think there are few other things that go over the binary code.......they are you relationships.........computer are a way of building relationships.......and i normally use hacking as a way to build my relatinship with somebody......for example i will imerpsonate them over an IM.....and have a laugh about it.....or take control over their box after time.......then again have it for a laugh and tease him or her......

i say hacking should be used the right way in life for survival
