hello...
...is there any method/tool/technique from which a limited account user execute those commands from command prompt which are allowed only from administrative account

RUNAS. You're going to need the administrator password, though.

Its first better to introduce yourself mate....the moderators and admins will get up your ass soon...


RUNAS....is good but you need administrator password.....why not try to create a new acount using some tools out there....(there are heaps).....and get access....and do watever you want
