hm, I´ve looked around on other boards where users have the same problem, it´s hard to tell what´s the reason, 0x0000008E points to a RAM error, but nv4_disp.dll is a part of the graphics card driver. you can try to install an older driver, mabe it helps....but as far as I´ve seen on the other boards there´s no guarantee it works, some say it has nothin to do with hardware at all and is caused by (game) software, others say it´s caused by wrong BIOS settings (try AGP 4x instead of 8x)...
