Hey there guys, i dont have a problem of playing the dvds on my computer, what i have a problem with is burning them to a disc so that i can watch them on my dvd player...
what program should i use and what formats should i use... im def new to this aspect

for DVD authoring I can recommend Qdvd:

for burning I can recommend k3b, it's originally for KDE but of course you can use it on Gnome too, just some extra libraries will be installed:

k3b should be available as package in your distro repositories, what distro are you using?

alright, qdvdauthor is in the Ubuntu repositories:
