problem with rootkit

i have a problem.. i downloaded 'hacker defender' rootkit and started a *.com file in zipped folder. i dont remember what file i started. after that, i cant find this folder on my comp, and my antivirus is not working (bit def).

how can i solve this problem?

don´t worry, it´s not like a usual trojan where you have to click an .exe-file to install it, so I don´t think there´s any damage done.
but to be sure check your system:

this tool would also remove all services/entries...
