If there are too many bots and it gets annoying and the ignore command doesn't work ( /ignore stupidusernamehere) maybe BB can make a bot testing chan??
I love irc bots though. heh

staff members/IRC opers can feel free to create a channel at any time without asking me for permission, simply send me a quick info with the channel name via PM so I know it's yours.... :wink:

if a regular user wants to have his own channel for his website or just to chat with friends it is also no problem, but in this case ask me first.
NOT allowed are of course any kind of lame bots (for RFI scans, etc.), such activity would result in an instant permanent server-wide ban..... :P

That was good to point out though because some gobshite will start testing any bot.

Yeah... bot :evil:

I've been hanging on other irc server which give a registered service to hide your IP for free... it's funny how those who doesn't get a "Ping timeout"... People are like: Are your messing with me? I've got 25bots to DDOS you...

So when you ask them about their knowledge it's like:
Yeah I bruteforce ssh login and then install a bot... I'm a damn good hacker...

Oh well... :roll:
