Doesn't look like any sort of code to me. Usually, encryptions are displayed in hex, for example: MD5. Of course, there are exeptions. That looks like you opened up a program in a hex editor, copied some of the data, and converted it to ascii...

Maybe someone else can tell you more...
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It works on my machine...

most likely this is just a language that is not supported by your computer, try switching the language set to chinese, japanese or korean.

I have seen this code before when I was looking at core files from MMORP games.

yeah, either a language your system don't support or maybe control characters that usually can't be copy&paste'd, you could try to use a good texteditor (like Notepad++) to see if the characters are displayed properly there, would look like this then:

My brother married a chimpanzee.

So, I became a monkey's uncle.

Which is to say, unless you can provide more info I seriously doubt you will find your solution here.

DNA sample, maybe?
No, no. Very sorry. I'm having a very bad day and it's only 11 a.m....

Ok, if it's supposed to be a number, it doesn't look like a number.
Have any idea why? I mean, you entered it as a password, just like that??
Unless some of those symbols represent numbers, I really have no idea what to tell you...

i think its a messed up collation,

There's nothing like a php-mysql database,

it would help if you tell us how exactly did you get this code..

no offense but what exactly do you plan to do with it, unless you dont have your basics about php and mysql clear?
