Mirc filter script

Hi, is there anyone that has a Mirc script for OP's that would kick people that has m/f18 or over in the end of the name.

example:

Sexylady_f18 would be kicked

while sexychild_f17 would not be kicked

also people that has digits in their name over 17 but not that age should not be kicked.

example:

sexyboy18_m17

is there anyone that has one or could help me make one?
