Ok guys, here you can dump your GUI of every linux version.
Ill start of with a GUI that will be used for the HP mini, but has already been reproduced by some hackers of the linux community.

I am not using Debian Lenny 5.0 with icewm graphical interface. I have tired of gnome and I find icewm more suited for my needs.

Nice b_b!
Sexy conky config
This is mine at the moment.
I'm giving Unity a go, just to have some changes once in a while ^^.
So far I'm having some trouble adjusting to how Unity works, but it's not all bad.

Re: Linux GUI post dump
thanks! and it's not conky, it's from the "screenlets" package in the repositories...
not 100% perfect yet, I am also experiencing some minor issues because the screenlets actually aren't made to work under the root account, so I had to fiddle with the configuration a bit....now it works as seen on the screenshot, but for some odd reason the alignment parameters don't survive a reboot if I place the rings more to the bottom (spacing parameters do though, which makes it even more odd).
I like your desktop too, the icons are pretty nifty...
and yeah, it's a good practice to try new things on every Linux setup, good opportunity to learn, and you always come closer to the perfect setup...
