wordpress: movies in an overlay

I guess most people here know I prefer to use Wordpress to create websites, the only thing I missed was a good way to embed videos....in a post/page directly it looks kinda boring, and in a popup it looks unprofessional. after googling my fingers off I finally found a real nice (and working) plugin that uses the cool "lighbox" effect (known from displaying images) to display videos in an overlay....

My IE didn't run the content unless I clicked on it, loaded mediaplayer, and ran ok.
