I love hot peppers (now this is on-topic)
To continue on the 'runner's high', I agree its different from a hot pepper or other short thrill. I love to ride my full suspension mtn bike off road, and my ride starts out slow, but gradually increasing speed and power - its not all gears and legs, it also requires the upper body to yank the handlebars around technical spots on the single track. The ride increases in intensity, and instead of my mind becoming over saturated - I get in the zone. No longer do you feel your lungs sucking wind, no longer do you feel the burn in your legs, you become one with the bike. Its like some chemistry turned on in your body - to turbo charge it. I call it 'getting in the zone'- its where you got out of body sensation. Unlike adrenalin, it can last for a long time- maybe as long as I keep cranking the gears.. It is addictive too - I just can't wait until the next epic ride..

well as a health care giver (nurse) all i know about endorphins is that they are called the body's natural pain killers...
Now when it come to pleasure, every one might perceive this his own, since perception from one human to another is completely different than the other.
One thing to keep in mind is that the one who came up with the 'runner's high' is the psychologist Paul Rozin, so it could simply be his point of view, and not based on scientific bases.
so yes, bad brain and DNR i agree with ur ideas too
any way ill keep you up with any such stuff i pass over

sweet.... it's a little late, usually you should start in the middle of March, else the temperatures might be too low at the end (harvest time should be in November for you, but depends also on the sort a little), but the worst thing that can happen is that you will have to take them inside and use a plant light.
a few tips:
- they need water, water, water! you should water them every day, I do it whenever the surface begins to look dry, on hot summer days I had to water them 3 times a day last year. but also don't give too much water, the water should not stay on the bottom of the pot.
- when they begin to bloom you have to watch them closely, because this is the time aphids can appear, you can find them inside the blossoms.
