msn messenger contact list...

hello every one...
i suppose that almost every one has saved contacts in the msn messenger, you simply go to contacts in the tools bar, then go to save instant messaging contacts. the file is saved as .ctt file
This would facilitate mass adding the contacts in another account
now my question is, if i have a list of hotmail contacts in a text document, and want to add all the e-mails ( i have around 300 contacts ) how can i do that in an efficient way ?

I was thinking in some thing like a script for msn plus, or some thing that will aid in adding mass amounts of contacts
