After school I was taking a friend home and I was listening to Aphex Twin. he asked if I liked techno and I told him I did eventhough I haven't been listening to it long. Well, we get to his house and he pops in a CD (the one titled in the title of thread) just to sample. Then he pops in another CD one with a song I heard a long time ago (it had something to do with Speed Racer). I haven't found an app to convert mp3s to WAV files. Regardless, I was wondering if anyone else has heard of this song/CD.

well, it´s not my kind of music (Aphex Twin is ok), but I think it´s a series of records, we have a lot of that kind here...

Just thinking about all the possibhle remixes out there with Speed Racer in them is mind boggling, not to mention European Tekno lol.

are just to name a few. Keoki's is the most popular, AFAIK, and Alpha Team's is the oldest (dates to about '91).

Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Cor Fijneman, Mauro Picotto, Trashy, M.I.K.E., ATB, RITM, Gigi D'Agostino, Aphrodite (I only like his remixes), Flip & Fill, Ascension, AK1200 and Dillinja are good, too

Those artists are mostly trance with a lil' jungle and drum n bass. It depends on what you like, though.

Trashy is a good "general" DJ. He's from Lafayette, La.

I'll dig up my old files and wee what else I can find.

Happy Hardcore is comp CD's, and ID&T (I think that is it) is a tekno radion station here. You can find them online, live. They also release comp. CD's.
