aMSN on download

there is a program on downloads called aMSN but it dont want to connect. anyone connected on it?

I use this on Linux without any issues, and I have used in Windows a few times as well without fail. The version in the downloads might be outdated, get the new one here:

well offshoreposer, if you want a cool extension for msn messenger, I use msn plus, its cool, comes with many features, and u can download scripts for it that do cool stuff,
you can check it out here, just in case your interested:

yep, the version in our downloads was outdated (0.96rc1), I have uploaded the latest version now (0.97.2) as Windows installer and as source package...

p.s. I really haven't seen a more annoying overlay ad than on amsn-project.net yet (best one on the downloads page), almost a reason to boycott them imo

There is also Trillian, it let's you sign on aim, msn, yim, icq, whatever. It's nice to have 1 instant messenger for everything. (although you cannot send nudges/custom smileys/sound clips)
