There was a thread I vaguely remember about cyber warfare. I think it was a debate thread. It might have been about the US government computers getting hacked earlier this year. I had made a post about looking up cyber warfare and mentioned that a country could effectively be brought to its knees by way of electrical grid (think Trinity hacking the power plant).

Anyway I found a super late update as to an example of how countries can be effected (albeit indirectly) by careful targeting of critical systems.
