trouble with crysis online

Hey everybody, I've created multiple gamespy accounts, but when I try to log on to play online, a message appears stating that the server refused connection. I have tried this multiple times with many different accounts. Any solutions?

Router or firewall settings configured so as to disallow that connection type. Are you on a home network or otherwise?

my firewall is actually off because thats what my antivirus software is telling me to do. i'm on a home network.

umm...is it an original version?

if yes Punkbuster might be the problem, I had such problem with Wolfenstein Enemy Territory too already, best update PB manually then by using PBSetup:

ok, then update Punkbuster, also update the game to the latest version by getting the patches from the manufacturer site. the servers usually run the latest game server version, and if the game is running an older version the connection is usually refused...
