i have bluetooth usb isscbta but i dont have drivers to install where can i download driver

i downloaded that already but windows dosnt reconize file format when i use web for recognizing so the software it says is StuffIt and it not free even the trial

hey i downloads it but the software i get is detective driver only not issc driver and after installing driver detective when i opens it it every times asking to update driver detective even though i update and asks for reboot after reboot when i click driver detective the same thing happens again ask to update it and if i cancel to update it the whole program closes

am using xp and yes the bluetooth usb is connected when i try install drivers

Unplug the usb bluetooth dongle

Download ccleaner from here

check the boxes as i have done here

and run cleaner, Then go to registry and scan for issues and fix.

run the setup program for the dongle before plugging in. Once run plug in the adapter and then install the drivers.
