Ideas on how it would look like, what to write it in or what the contents should be?

Does it have to be written from scratch, or are you open to "already done" suggestions?

PHP + HTML + CSS should be fine.

A chatbox can be made in some different ways depending on the functionality you want, if it's a "shoutbox" or a real chat room that the user connects to. You could start with planning the site first and implement some parts of it (to get you started), then after that you can add a kind of chat client.

Well, you could have a look at Joomla I guess, it's a pretty good CMS (content management system), and can be customized very easily.

Code: Select all
