yes, I admit it, I bought Win7... :oops:
but I only use it as gaming system, like a luxury playstation...here it is:

I actually like Windows 7 :)

Imo they made a pretty good work on it.

EDIT: but I hate the license

well, I have never used Vista, so I have no idea how much better Win7 is, but for me it's simply a good gaming platform (DX10 and even DX11).
for my everyday work I still use XP and, of course, my Debian home server.

using Win7 has 2 nice advantages for me: better graphics when gaming and I can spit the fun stuff (on Win7) from the serious stuff (on XP)...so I can simply format the gaming partition without having to spend lots of time with creating backups of my important data before and restoring the backups after the install.

:)


P.S. speaking of MS licenses, I have heard that the amount of people that can login to the remote administration of a MS server at the same time is also limited by a license (I think it's 3 as standard)...so when your development team has 4 people you will have to upgrade the license... *screwy*
