I am looking to make a video blog site. I want it to have users account profiles so people can comment on the blog The site is for a co-worker, but I am going to be the administrator. Any help, b/c I never built a site before. Im looking for a free site to host, but I wanted to know if you all recommend anything b/c you have the experience and I dont want to search blindly or reinvent the wheel.
