All in all a good video buddy, I appreciate that you left your errors in... I know that some may disagree, but it adds a bit of trouble shooting as well which is always helpful to people learning something foreign >.<
Great job, and thank you!!

good tutorial
Nice tutorial, it was highly educational, unlike most of crap tutorials that we see on the net here and there
I was wondering if you can tell us what are the songs that you included in this tutorial.
Thanks a lot

i'm trying this out on my network and am having a problem. I follow along all the way till you poison the vic. once i do that my vic (my PC) is no longer able to pull anything up on the internet. all attempts just time out. Cain reads that im getting full routing but my PC gets disconnected from the internet. any ideas why.
From what i understand, you're running a virtual machine on your own computer and you're trying to "poison" the computer that's running the virtual machine?
If that's the case, then i think what's happening is the virtual machine running cain is sending out arp packets to poison the arp caches of all computers on the network, including the computer that's running the virtual machine. Basically, it's creating a loop >_<
This is just a guess though.

sorry ill clarify what i am doing. I have my PC which is the vic. then i have my laptop that i am running my virtual xp on and cain. my pc is hardwired to my router. my laptop i have connected wireless. I am including a picture from gogetas video that show what i am encountering:
http://i683.photobucket.com/albums/vv19 ... ra/1-1.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
when i click on the "arp-http" i get the same thing as the first two lines of gogetas, except its for all of them: "couldn't accept SSL connection from client".
