pretty simply mystik, rule #1 on the internet: nobody has to give away stuff for free, it´s all about money....
and the snowball-system is the classic scam scenario:
-found a company (of course a company form which allows the owners to go bankrupt without the possibility of beeing charged, or pay a poor guy a little money to act as the official chairman)
-start the game
-when it runs make money with ads and selling user data to spammers
-when people begin to demand the products you advertised with: go bankrupt
-get new domain
-start again
check the whois-data, it´s only a P.O. box poiniting to gratisinternet.com which is already really suspicious, I´m sure the holding is located on Cayman Islands or somewhere else where you can´t sue...
