of course, for me too...I mean, 5 years on suck-o v1 was a long time, but with every year it got harder because people had so many ideas about new features and I mostly had to say "sorry, not possible" because everything was so outdated and peppered with custom code that it was almost impossible to add new stuff.

I guess now I can tell that suck-o v1 ran on phpnuke 7.5...

no, it IS ancient...
to make it worse the only patch I ever applied killed the forum administration (blank page), so I had to run a .htaccess protected completely unpatched copy in the background to be able to access it. it was like working on the MIR space station and fix leaks with bubble gum...

nahhh...
to access it you needed root access to the server, because some security settings interfered with the functionality....so I had to disable them first, do what I had to do as quickly as possible and enable the settings again...

k, I have changed the comments feature for the blog entries, now it's the same as the in the news...which has a much better iface...

btw, the latest blog entries are displayed under the "blogs" link, so you don't have to search all sublinks...I'll think about something to make this more distinct...
