guys i have this file in .rar format and the one who did a personal favour of making this for me says i have to burn it onto a CD os something to make it run... i want to send it to someone but i dont want him to get to the pain of burning the thing down to the CD how to work it out pls? if any one of u can??


EDIT: the .exe file in it is there any way i can bind the autorun thing with the .exe fiel without actually executing the whole program...?

Is the file .iso? Because then you'll need to burn it in order to make it run when the computer boots. Else wise I don't see why couldn't run it without burning to a CD. Have you actually tried to run it, what errors do you get?

actually its non of the two guys... that file is not supposed to run on my PC but i need to send it to someone so i cant run it in here and its not an .iso its simple .exe file compressed on .rar that i can extract but nah i cant run it in here bit of a revenge thing actually just after i got keylogged.... and that guy loves PORN... want to give him a good shot of that one

Well in the case of it being blackhat, the idea is that they insert the disk and the autorun window pops up. Then through either someone being an idiot, or clever social engineering. Basicly they hit the okay button and bloop trojan installed. I used to do that with small jump drives. Just put the files on them all and toss them around the school floor. You would be surprised the amount of idiots that just hit okay without reading.
