Hey Guys If I Make A Site That Is Basicly A Message Board And Free Security Software How Much Space And Bandwith Would I Need? Heck There's Sooo Many Choices If Anyone Has A Server Of Their Own And Doesn't Mind Hosting Me I'd Be Very Happy.

well, suck-o started with 150mb webspace, that´s enough for the beginning. bandwidth and traffic are not important at the beginning because you need visitors first which is a pain in the ass, I can tell ya... when you start your own site don´t do it with the intention to get loads of visitors, better see it as an opportunity to learn, else it´ll be very frustrating...
if you need some hosted space I can maybe provide you with it, but you need a domain then (I don´t give away subdomains any more because subdomains have only ftp-access, so all the work like building databases, etc. would have to be done by me, and I simply don´t have enough time).
domains are pretty cheap: http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/domains/
but well, I´m not the only server owner here, maybe someone can provide you with a subdomain...

Why not make a site devoted to one of the topics here? Also PHPNUKE comes w/phpBB and is very easy to setup. I used it for my site (which like someone said is more of a learning experience working on the site, waiting for users to register is not something you'd hold your breath on).
