got a cactus last winter and I've been told it only blooms for 1 night, in the last days I noticed some rapid growth (that whole blossom grew in 3 days!)...and a few minutes ago, when I wanted to make sure everything is thunderstorm-safe on my little balcony, I discovered this:
amazing, isn't it?
really amazing cactus!

Awesome plant. Crazy how that thing grows so fast over the 3 days.
Off topic BB. I still got the seeds from the pepper plant is it to late to start germinating them? When should I begin? They were some good peppers man.

Re: really amazing cactus!
hm, yeah, might be a little too late already, usually you plant them at the end of March....but this of course depends on your local climate. if you plant them now you should be able to get a first harvest at the end of summer, but for a full harvest you might have to store them inside for the last 1-2 months in order to avoid frost damage....
so hurry up and give it a try...
