Why does windows 7 load apps into memory before running them?
I notice sometimes after downloading an application then running it Windows loads the install process into memory, now if its a small file it doesn't really matter but bigger files tend to take a while to load. Is there anyway to make windows 7 not do this pre action?

Upon further examination it may be (DEP) Data Execution Prevention built into windows or a slow hard drive. Not sure yet
