For about a month my new pc worked perfectly but now im getting "cmos date and time not set" error. It doesn't happen all the time but occasionally. I though maybe the battery is dead but then it would give me this error all the time. Also when i loaded with default settings my computer ran very very slow but after a restart it's back to normal. Maybe this error occurs because i shutdown power from the grid completely when i turn off my pc so what do you think?

try your "cmos clear" jumper on the motherboard. It may be in the wrong setting.
