Need help Badly......

Hello, My name is David...I need help to shut down a web site that is destructive to people and companys. It is a complaint web site that prints anything from anybody and refuses to remove it even after you prove to them what has been written is a lie and you provide the facts. Their policy, "Once its there, there it stays". however it is hurting me, and my business and I am always getting emails from friends asking what happened and why, so now it is affecting my personal life as well. I want to either remove the page or shut down the site completely by getting rid of the site. Can anybody help or point me to somebody who can help? Thanks David

What you intend to do (hacking a server) is illegal and will not be discussed here.
However you may get a lawyer and sue them if they harm you and your business with lies.
