files used to create a virus, well there are many i believe, listen rc, your best bet is to read up about it, check text databases. what i would do (if i had intent to create a virus) is to research virus history first, take a look at what these virii did, how they infected the systems etc... then i would start to take a look at programming/coding, specifically by setting up a test system or environment and downloading virii source and examples and learning how they work inside, because you gotta have an idea of what you want it to do, before you can make it here are some resources i found:
