why not simply go for linux my friend? it's good rather awesome no lame things like formatting and stuff... and yeah I am quite happy i shifted to linux... and that too without any problem, at times they say linux is hard to get but then it's not actually. Go for ultimate edition I know it is heavy but it is the best cause it is bundled with all you might need, not the encryption and decryption part thou but better thigns...

besides that I can not really recommend anything, because my Win7 system is only for gaming purposes...
