I remember when I was in college one lady from Detroit was surprised that the cabs in Wisconsin did not have bullet proof glass, that blew my mind but I never forgot what she had said because she was generally worried. Wisconsin was a lot the same in certain areas."Come back to Detroit, We were not shooting at you!"
